harder faster farther / so much to achieve / yet solace eludes me

against the brass rail / the words tumble endlessly / yet I am alone

sun spatters filtered, breaking / dreams now lost / as day takes over

pre-meeting conversation / so many subjects, possibilities / yet I am lost in my iphone

new sun, fresh and bright / the grass already long / it too, deserves to bask
